Serani Poji

About

Serani Poji (セラニポージ) is a Japanese pop group originally formed in 1999 by Tomoko Sasaki and future CECIL member Yuki for the Sega Dreamcast game, Roommania #203. It is also the name of the fictitious music artist in the Roommania game series. Serani Poji is described as being "made from happiness, miracle, mysterious, cake, strawberry, candy, funny, sweet drink, twinkle-star, perfume, teenage, youth, love, lover, milk tea, cafe au lait…and many many wonderful thing[s]!"

Yumi Higashino joined Serani Poji in 2002, replacing Yukichi as the vocalist, but left after the group's hiatus in 2004. Since then, Tomoko Sasaki has provided the vocals for the songs herself.
