    French jazz bassist, born in 1974 in Lille, France, based in Nantes where he jointly runs the Yolk Records label.He studied classical double bass at the conservatoire in Dreux. In 1991 he studied at fist at the Conservatoire National in Tours and than at the University at Tours. He is a teacher at the jazz school in Tours. He has played with such musicians as Christof Lauer, Stephan Oliva, Hans Lüdemann, Martial Solal, Dejan Terzić, Franco Ambrosetti, Daniel Humair, Louis Sclavis, Gábor Gadó and Michel Portal.
