Sam Samudio

Retired American vocalist and bandleader. He was known for his camp robe and turban and hauling his equipment in a 1952 Packard hearse with maroon velvet curtains. He was inducted into the Memphis Music Hall of Fame in 2016. For songwriting, credited simply to 'Samudio' or to 'Domingo Samudio', please use his stage name Sam Samudio
