    Salem Mass was an American progressive rock band who played mix of heavy prog rock with space rock/psychedelic influences in plenty of Moog synthesizer solos and leads. The band was based in Caldwell, Idaho and spanned from 1971 to 1977 playing mostly in the northwest US and Canada.
