Saimaa is a musical collective created by and revolves around Matti Mikkola. It was created after Mikkola's former band Tehosekoitin quit in 2004. Saimaa has done various projects, including first public concert in 2007 with 14 members on stage. Members of the band have constantly changed between projects.
