Indie/avantgarde/gothic/post-punk band from Japan. Formed around 1984, Sadie Sads were influenced by British post-punk music, industrial music and Neue Deutsche Welle. They are generally considered to be a part of the early Japanese gothic/deathrock/positive punk-scene (among such diverse acts as as AUTO-MOD, Phaidia and G-SCHMITT) Current members: Sad - Vocals, Bass Igarashi - Guitar Kazumi - Bass Kan - Drums Former members: Takeshi - Slide, Effects, Sax Hidemi - Guitar Ohta - Drums Furuya - Trumpet
