Singer and actor born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on September 12, 1951. He recorded more than 15 albums and more than 200 songs, achieving 27 gold records and 7 platinum records. He sang in 6 languages. Spanish, English, French, Italian, Japanese and Portuguese. After complications from a surgery of two cervical vertebrae, it was discovered he had lung cancer which led to his early passing. Even after two chemotherapy treatments he was found terminal and passed on October 16, 2005 in Mexico City, aged 54.
