Cuban-born hard rock and heavy metal bass player who first came to prominence playing with Quiet Riot and Ozzy Osbourne in the early 1980s. Since then, he has had an active career, usually as a live musician. In 2006, he released an autobiography called "Off The Rails" and later served as a counselor on VH-1's reality series "Rock And Roll Fantasy Camp".
