Ronald Charles Elliott (born October 21, 1943 in Healdsburg, California, USA.) is an American musician, composer and producer, best known as songwriter and lead guitarist of rock band The Beau Brummels. Elliott wrote or co-wrote the band's 1965 U.S. top 20 hits "Laugh, Laugh" and "Just a Little". In addition to reuniting with the Beau Brummels on occasion over the years, Elliott released a solo album called The Candlestick Maker (1969). Elliott subsequently did session work for Randy Newman, Van Morrison, and Little Feat, and participated in 1970s albums by Pan (as producer and songwriter). In 1976 he was part of Giants, a rock/funk band that made one album, Thanks For The Music.
