RJ Payne (a.k.a. Reign Man) is a rapper, who is famous for his battle rap skills. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, USA. The Philly groomed rapper took instagram by storm with his "Murder in less than 60 seconds" freestyle series. His "Sixty Second Freestyles" attracted the attention of Lord Jamar, Pete Rock, Erick Sermon and Black Thought. Under the name "Reign Man" he was selected as finalist for "MTV's making the band 2" by P. Diddy. He won the MTV MC Battle 6 months later.
