Teddy Riley

US producer, born: October 8, 1967, in Harlem, New York.

Pioneer of the New Jack Swing style mixing Soul, R&B and Hip-Hop to very influential effect, forming the groups Blackstreet, Guy, Wrecks-N-Effect, and Pure Soul. Riley is also known for his close association with the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, producing his singles such as "Remember the Time", "Jam", "Blood on the Dance Floor" and "Hollywood Tonight". Also discovered and nurtured acts such as The Neptunes, Rodney Jerkins, SWV, Hi-Five, Queen Pen.
He operated [l=Future Recording Studios] in Virginia Beach, VA from 1991 to 2008, until it was tragically destroyed by fire. Now it's located in Atlanta, GA, where he's currently based in.
