In 1982, the trio of Salmon, Francis and Donegan returning augmented by
Clinton Clarke (Horns), Winston Salmon (Backing Vocals), Brian Campbell** (Keyboards), Winston Williams (Drums), and Neville Carnegie and Karl Atkins (Horns) using the original Reggae Regular name. It was that group that recorded Ghetto Rock arguably their best critically received album.

Then in 2010, Clarke, Donegan and Campbell were joined by Derek Demondo (Bass) and Patrick 'Dego' Johnson (Lead Vocals). The band now called itself Reggae Regular/The Regulars and their most recent album, 2011's If Only, released under that moniker.
