Ray Dee Ohh

About

A major Danish pop group 1988 to 1992, releasing 3 studio albums and selling more than 1 million records in total. The band was a sort of "Supergroup" that fused members from some of the most popular Danish pop bands of the 80's. Michael Bruun, Jan Sivertsen and Maria Bramsen originally played together in Tøsedrengene (1981-1985). After the break-up of Tøsedrengene the majority of that group including Henrik Stanley Møller and Aage Hagen fused with members of Halberg-Larsen, Poul Halberg and Jette Schandorf, into The Lejrbåls, That group only released one unsuccessful album in 1987. In 1988 that band - without Møller, Hagen and Schandorf - became Ray Dee Ohh with the addition of vocalist Caroline Henderson, Simon West, formerly with Thomas Helmig Brothers and Christian Dietl, formerly with Sneakers.
