He was married to [a9809239] (1975–1989, two common daughters, [a=Giulia Siegel] and Marcella Siegel), Dagmar Kögel (1992– 2002, daughter Alana Siegel) and [a=Kriemhild Jahn] (2006–2016). Since 2018 he is now married to Swiss Music Manager Laura Siegel (born Käfer) of whom he adopted daughter Ruby.
