Poppy

Poppy (born January 1, 1995), formerly as That Poppy, is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and YouTuber. She first earned recognition for surreal performance art videos on YouTube, in which she played an uncanny valley–like android commenting on and satirizing internet culture and modern society. She has become more widely known for being highly experimental and versatile with her artistry and music.

In 2016, she released her debut single Lowlife, the first single from her debut EP that would come the same year, titled Bubblebath. She would then release her debut album, Poppy.Computer, under I’m Poppy Records and Diplo’s Mad Decent, as well as her sophomore album Am I a Girl. She would then sign to Sumerian Records to release her next 4 albums, I Disagree, Flux, Zig and the newest addition to her discography, Negative Spaces, as well as the reissue of her album I Disagree, and 4 EPs.
