Peter Mlakar, born 30 May 1951 in Ljubljana, is a Slovenian philosopher and artist.
He is head of the 'Department of Pure and Applied Philosophy of the NSK' (Neue Slowenische Kunst) movement (NSK Recordings) since 1987, and a collaborator of Laibach.
