French Punk Rock band formed in 1984 and split up in 1991, then reformed in 1997 and split up again definitly in 2014 following Schultz's death.


The name means "Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum" that means "Who Want Peace Prepare For War" in Latin, but also the Luger P08 weapon.
