The band's name “Ovos Presley” came about in 1991 as a joke about starting a band, but it really came to fruition in 1993, in the city of Ciritiba, Paraná, Brazil. Since then, we haven't stopped doing what we call "Psychobilly" and "Punkabilly". In short, a style of music and behavior influenced by Rockabilly, Punk Rock 77 and garage culture in general...!!! Psychobilly's musical theme has references to “B horror movies, sex, gambling, hot rods and flying saucers”, etc...!
