Odense Musikkontor (sometimes with musikernes egen booking appended to the name) was a Danish musician-driven booking and management agency located in Odense and operating under this name from 1979 to 1984.

    History
Inspired by the new musician-driven booking agencies in Aarhus (see Århus Musikkontor) and Copenhagen (see Københavns Musikkontor) a group of musicians from five Odense-bands (Tarwathy (formerly Bix Bearnaise), De Tre Måske Fire, Kold Som Kiks, Les Amis and Hokus Poulsen) established Odense Musikkontor in spring 1979. Odense Musikkontor was to be owned and function broadly like the corresponding agencies in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

Originally started as an Odense project, the Musikkontor soon also gained members from other cities on Funen, e.g. Nordlys from Nyborg and Fisk & Grønt from Svendborg. The Musikkontor had, among other things, plans to create more permanent venues in the smaller Funen coastal towns, but after an attempt at the Hotel Phønix in Assens in late 1979, the plans were abandoned.

After the Midtfyns Festival in Ringe had been a private initiative created by Nina and Peter Færgemann, in 1980-1982 Odense Musikkontor became involved in a new organization behind the festival with the participation of Jens Slumstrup, Trygve Kongshavn and Jørgen Andreasen, who i.a. ensured that all members of the Odense Musikkontor played at the festival in these years. After the 1982 festival, the representatives of Odense Musikkontor left the festival board. Due to various problems, the Odense Musikkontor was wound up in 1983/84. Odense Musikkontor was a part of the nationwide umbrella organisation De Danske Musikkontorer, see Århus Musikkontor for more info.
