O.F.T.B. - "Operation From The Bottom" - is a hip hop group from Watts, California. Members are Kevin "Flipside" White, Sammy "Bust Stop" Williams and Ronald "Low M.B." Watkins, who grew up in Nickerson Gardens Project. Initially, they were signed to Big Beat, but later signed with Big Beat. In 1998, O.F.T.B. formed its own label, Big Beat.
