Neil Nathan

Singer/Songwriter/Producer from New York City. Praised by UK music and film magazine No Ripcord, as “the bastard stepchild of Jackson Browne & David Bowie,” singer-songwriter Neil Nathan jumps seamlessly from genre to genre (blistering rock to gentle acoustic folk) and records in different cities (Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Denton, TX) that suit his latest creative fancies. Neil's Debut LP, ‘The Distance Calls,’ was produced by Detroit Garage Rock Hero Bobby Harlow w/ musicians from The Raconteurs, The Go, King Tuff, & Detroit Cobras. The album’s track “California Run." featured a music video guest starring actress Rosario Dawson. Neil is currently releasing singles, EP’s, and LP’s he’s been recording in Philly w/ Mike 'Slo-Mo' Brenner (Marah, Jason Molina) and Peter Rydberg (1935 Studio); the same team that produced Do Ya from Showtime’s Californication Soundtrack. Neil's songs have been in regular rotation on Sirius/XM’s The Coffeehouse, ESPN, NHL Network, and the film Return (Michael Shannon, Linda Cardellini).
