A one-time collaborative recording project between the entirety of the then current Black Flag and Minutemen lineups which took place March 3rd, 1985 at Total Access Recording Studios. The members involved initially agreed that the material recorded during the session would not be released until at least one of the bands had disbanded. Total Access Recording Studios made the results available as an EP in December 1986, a year following D. Boon's death, which had ended Minutemen. Black Flag had split up in August 1986.
