Born: October 3, 1920 - Died: May 12, 2005 Member of the KCMO Cowtown Jubilee . First appeared on the scene in 1953 as a disc jockey at KCMO in Kansas City, Missouri, doing a duet with Scotty Nelson at 6:30am each day. Also working the KCMO All Star show from 1:45 to 2:15pm each day. He had sort of a catchy slogan with his shows, "...We're not through with what Dickey can do." He also recorded for the Sho-Me record label in the early 1950s.
