Michel Chevalier

Michel Chevalier's childhood took place in the Pyrenees where he became passionate about music and found himself, with friends, in a group called "Les Shake's" in 1969. He is one of the two singers of the formation with a certain Daniel Balavoine. In 1971, the group splits up and Daniel Balavoine joins "Purple Eruption" then "Présence" while Michel Chevalier "goes up" to Paris to play in the group [a991559] instead of [a1434012].

From 1972, thanks to the producer [a593553] who was an idol of the 1960's, Michel Chevalier records a dozen singles which will be great radio hits: [m1759431], [r434176], [r1323253], [m1508644], [m1291178], [m1256139]. Until the end of the 1970s, he marketed two LPs.

Then, Michel Chevalier refocused on his job as a singer and musician, working on stage and in the studio for artists such as Johnny Hallyday, [a339220] or [a188983] among others.

In 1986, he participated in a musical project by Alain Boublil which was recorded on an album entitled [r13296779]. Michel Chevalier appears there with [a370290] and [a51393] in particular.
