Melts were a sludge metal band active in the early 90's, based out of Greensboro, NC. Melts was the brainchild of vocalist/guitarist TheoX (Ted Williamson). At one point EHG's Jimmy Bower was an early bass player for the band. The lineup would solidify with Jo Jameson on bass, and Andrew Barker on drums.
