Meher Baba

Meher Baba (born Merwan Sheriar Irani on 25 February 1894, died 31 January 1969) was an Indian spiritual master. Among his more famous followers were musicians such as Melanie and Pete Townshend. He has also influenced pop culture by introducing the common phrase "Don't worry, be happy" which became famous through the 1988 hit song [m82279].
