Mecánica Popular was a chilean band founded by [a=Manuel Garcia] and Mario Villalobos in 1997. Their style is a mix of chilean folk and rock , with lyrics influenced by trova and Nueva Canción Chilena. Nowadays is split-up, as they reunite for touring.
