In 1969, Marvin decided it was time to make a change in his music and formed Marvin Holmes And Justice, as well as Marvin Holmes & The Rush Experience. He then founded the label undefined. In the 80’s Holmes released It's About Time, re-signed with undefined and recorded "Feel So Good”. Later, he signed with Dean Hodges’ record company, undefined, contributing guitar to albums by rap artist Too Short.
