Marko Novosel

Marko Novosel (Nova Gradiška, Croatia, 24th Jan 1936) Croatian pop-singer, popular in the 1960s. Novosel started his career in 1951. Since then he was an often and always gladly seen music festival entertainer. In the years of his greatest success he cooperatetd with many other famous former Yugoslav musicans as Zdenka Vučković, Beti Jurković, Gabi Novak, Anica Zubović, Lola Novaković, Ivo Robić, Arsen Dedić, [a=Alfi Kabiljo]. In the 1970s he married the Slovenian singer [a=Ervina Štelcl], later on exiled to the U.S., where he tried to establish a career. Marko Novosel nowadays lives in Maribor, Slovenia.
