Marcus Creed

About

Born April 19, 1951 in Eastbourne, Sussex (South England), moved to Germany in 1976 and worked as a coach and chorusmaster at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, then as pianist and conductor with various ensembles in Berlin, as leader of the RIAS-Kammerchor from 1987 to 2003. He was appointed artistic director of the SWR Vokalensemble Stuttgart in 2003. Since 1998, he is also Professor for choral conducting at the Hochschule für Musik Köln.
