Born in 1980-04-04 (Napoli, Italy). In 1989 he picked up his first electric guitar and started to play along with his heroes, but put down the instrument in 1992 to study playing the drums, which is another huge passion of his. To quote Marco; "Being a drummer first and a guitarist second, helped me a lot in terms of creativity and rhythmic knowledge".After listening to Dream Theater's "Images and Words" album in 1996 Sfoghli's interest in guitar playing was renewed and he took to the instrument with a passion.
