Marcel Moyse

Marcel Moyse (17 May 1889, St. Amour, France — 1 November 1984, Brattleboro, Vermont, USA) was a French flutist, conductor, and music educator; father of undefined. He studied at [url=https://discogs.com/label/1014340]Paris Conservatory[/url] with [url=https://discogs.com/artist/1269379]Philippe Gaubert[/url], undefined, and Claude-Paul Taffanel. Moyse was one of the co-founders of the Marlboro Music Festival and taught on the faculty of the Conservatoire de musique du Québec à Montréal in Canada.
