Born: 1906 in Tiemcen, Algeria.
Died: 1991 in Agay, France.
For several years, he roamed the world in the Eduardo Bianco Y Su Orquesta. (...) In the USA, he meets some pioneers of tango. In 1938, he joined SACEM, and began a very productive period with fifty compositions and two hundred arrangements. He plays in the orchestras of Quintin Verdu, Brodman, etc. In 1950, he received the Grand Prix of the Charles-Cros Academy, (...) during these years, he worked with the singer José Sanchez, as a soloist or in duet with Marcel. He recorded a lot in 78 laps then in 45 laps (around fifty records). In 1955, he was chosen by Astor Piazzolla to play with him, as second bandoneon, the pieces recorded with the orchestra of the Paris Opera. Piazzolla calls it "Le Troilo français". He also composed with him the tango S.V.P. (...) Marcel Feijoo has created his own publishing company.
