Formerly performing as "Trio Marcello Minerbi", they were hired in 1962 by the label Durium
to record a version of [m381716]
before RCA Victor, which held the rights to the song, distributed the song in Italy.
In the following years, the band had some success, releasing both original songs
and Italian covers of American songs, such as "The House of the Rising Sun" of The Animals.
The group disbanded in 1968, then reunited for the recording of a single 45 'in 1984.
