Vallenato group created in Bucaramanga, Colombia, by accordion player Ramiro Colmenares (Bucaramanga, Aug. 10, 1957) and vocalist Robinson Damián (Villanueva, Guajira State, March 24, 1961). After many recorded works (starting in 1982), they had a huge success in 1994 with the song "El Santo Cachón", which turned them into worldwide Vallenato stars (among Latin communities in different countries).
