Los Corazas

Ecuadorian musical group with Andean roots, performs their record work mainly with music from the province of Imbabura, both indigenous and mestizo. Members: [a2441386] (guitar), [a4145586] (guitar), [a3194705] (pan flute), [a5195741] (flute and pingullo) and [a3605211] (flute and pingullo). In 1958, at the initiative of record producer [a2487978] and under the direction of [a3605211], two records were recorded, [m966832] and [m723642]. In 1961 the Onix label owned by the Recalde family produced another album. On July 6th, 2018 a concert happened at Casa de la Música, Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the band.
