Lorenzo Masotto (born 1979 in Verona, Italy) is an Italian pianist and composer. He graduated Pianoforte and Composition at the Conservatory F.E.Dall’Abaco abacus in Verona then studied at The Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar (Germany). Masotto composed and performed music for Estravagario Teatro's theater and directs a polyphonic choir of 25 elements. In 2010 he conceived and composed the experimental project "Le Maschere di Clara" in which he played piano and electric bass guitar with Laura Masotto at the violin and Bruce Turri on drums. It has been welcomed and reviewed around the world. He also paired up with Stefania Avolio and played works of Astor Piazzolla in a 2 pianos concert.
