Βlack / death metal band formed in Athens, Greece.
It was formed in 1995 by Tristessa and later renamed to Astarte in 1997. Only a demo was released under that name.
The band was activated again in the summer of 2013 and began to prepare for a new record. Soon after this, however, the project was put on hold due to Tristessa's illness.
On September 2014 the band announced that they would be releasing a new album to commemorate Tristessa, incorporating a "T" into the new logo to honor her memory and legacy.
