Lily Afshar (1959/60 - died October 24, 2023, aged 63) was an Iranian classical guitar player. She was a native of Tankabon city, Mazandaran. She was the first female musician in the world who received a doctorate degree in the field of classical guitar performance. She was also a professor of music at the University of Memphis, America.
