Alex Besikian aka Lex (de Kalhex) is a visual artist, producer and MC, known as the co-founder of Akromégalie Records with his brother Parental and 1/3 of seminal French hip-hop group Kalhex. Producer of critically acclaimed instrumental albums since 2011, Lex is close to Nujabes' entourage and collaborated with worldwide artists such as Grap Luva & Rob-O (from Pete Rock’s INI), Shing02, Uyama Hiroto, Dday One, Substantial & Mathematik (Down Ta Erf). Represented in Japan by Takumi Koizumi (Hydeout Productions’ ex-manager), Lex performs regularly there and in Europe for over a decade.
