Lee Grainge

DJ and producer who worked at London's FatCat record store. A big fan of Electro as well as the soul/funk scene, Lee started to DJ in 1986. I was initially introduced to house music in 1987 .In 1990 Grainge got a job in a music distributor selling and buying electronic music such as R&S, KMS, Planet-E, Basic, Channel to name a few. After becoming close to the legendary Fat Cat record shop people, Lee went to work there and helped to build an empire for electronic music and it's enthusiasts. Between 1991-93 Lee released a few original 12" and remixes under the guise of "Eagles Prey".He then went on to release tracks on Pure Plastic, Ferox, Blue Train, Blue Spirit, Green and several others. Lee left music in 1999 to concentrate on becoming a sound FX editor for TV and Film. But after sharing a studio complex, for years, with some old techno bods he decided it was time to start making music again.
