Kunstgerecht was a post-punk trio founded by Ewan Burke in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1981. The original line-up was Ewan Burke, Dirk Douglas and Neil McCrindle. The group disbanded in 1982. However Kunstgerecht was reactivated as a solo project by Burke in Melbourne in 2008. The music now explored the neofolk genre. Kunstgerecht ceased activity in 2011.
