Born on June 28, 1948 in Stockholm, Sweden. Kristina Hautala is a singer and an art therapist. She moved from Sweden to Finland in the mid-1960's and signed a record deal with [l=Scandia]. She recorded numerous singles and toured around Finland with her group until 1972, when she returned to Stockholm to study. She got interested in singing again in the late 1990's after hearing the songs of Matti Viita-aho. She also represtended Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1968 with the song "Kun kello käy".
