Jumping Jack Frost

UK jungle / D&B deejay and artist from Brixton, London. Began DJing aged 18, mixing funk, hip hop and original breakbeats and diving into the acid house circuit via the Carwash nights in the late 80’s; Frost went on to headline many legendary events of the era including Sunrise and Energy. Was a DJ on Balham-based pirate Passion FM (later Lightning FM), hosting shows under the name DJ Underworld—changing his DJ name after Passion FM applied for a legal license. He went on to have shows on the pirate station Quest FM, before moving into legal radio with a show on Kiss FM between 1994-2001. He met Bryan Gee after hearing him DJ in a bar and the two teamed up and started their own label, [l=V Recordings], to release them. They also co-promoted the Movement & Planet V nights. He also had residences in NYC (Twilo), The Viper Rooms (L.A.) & Toronto (Industry). His sister is [a=Yolanda (7)].
