Sir John Rowles, KNZM OBE (born 26 March 1947, Whakatane, New Zealand) is a New Zealand singer. In 1967 he was discovered by Peter Gormley, the man who was behind Cliff Richard. He flew Rowles to the UK, where he reached No. 2 in the charts with his first single "If I Only Had Time", which led to a long and successful career. He was knighted in 2018.
