Retired English newsreader on BBC Radio 2, mostly during Terry Wogan's breakfast show (Wake Up To Wogan) where he was parodied in Terry Wogan's reading of their own parody of the Janet and John stories, causing him to become quite well known. John Marsh, along with his wife Janet, had their life "stories" told in a total of six "Janet and John" CDs. All have been released to raise funds for the Children in Need appeal. Janet is seen on the covers but never heard on the recordings.
