American guitarist. Born July 31st, 1971 in Michigan. Best known by the stage name John 5. He replaced former Marilyn Manson guitarist Zim Zum in 1998 while the band was in the midst of recording their third LP release, Mechanical Animals. Hence the name, John5 was the fifth member to join Marilyn Manson. John has worked as a studio musician and a guitarist for David Lee Roth, KD Lang and several other bands.
