    A Grammy winning versatile and dynamic Tejano artist with multiple musical talents ranging from saxophonist, pianist, accordionist, song writer, composer, arranger, and exceptional vocal talents. Joe hales from west side San Antonio TX and began his musical career in the late 60's and early 70's with groups like Rudy Tee and The Reno Bops, The Royal Jesters and People. In The Early 80's Joe became very successful with his solo career releasing Tejano albums with progressive arrangements of high quality thick harmonic textures that utilized a strong jazz component in all of his work.
