    Musical accompanist and director to Petula Clark in the late 1940s and throughout the 1950s in concerts and on BBC radio. His most famous composition was "[url=https://www.discogs.com/George-Hamilton-IV-Why-Dont-They-Understand-Even-Tho/master/240095]Why Don’t They Understand[/url]" (1957) which was a hit in the UK and USA for George Hamilton IV.
