British manager, songwriter, and producer. Together with [a538184] he wrote "Rosalyn", which was the first single of The Pretty Things in 1964. Also co-wrote "Big City" and "Everybody Knows" which was a minor hit in 1964 for [a=Steve Lawrence (2)]. Brother of Lesley Duncan.
Do NOT confuse with the American songwriter [a=Jimmy Duncan (2)], who wrote "My Special Angel" and "String Along".
